A leading UK insurance agency seeks a Customer Sales Advisor in Worcester. An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Worcester Agency.
About the role:
- Dealing with customer sales enquiries and provide suitable quotations to clients;
- Process mid-term adjustments and inviting renewals;
- Working as a team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products;
- Supporting team members in their activities;
- Proactively establish customer needs to help find solutions from our product range including financial services
About you:
- You enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential;
- Some insurance experience would be advantageous but not essential due to the level and extent of our training.
- Grades A-C or 9-7 in GCSE Maths and English
- Attention to detail is necessary.

Starting salary is competitive depending on experience, and the opportunity to increase your salary as you progress within our business.
- Competitive salary, rising with progression through the role.
- 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays) increasing to a maximum of 33.
