Job summary

Halfords in Kendal is seeking a Part-time Customer Sales Advisor to assist customers on the shop floor, demonstrate products, and explain fitting services. The role expects a friendly, proactive approach and a proven track record of delivering great service.

You will work 8 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with extensive product training and a range of discounts and wellness benefits. This is a hands-on role in Cumbria with clear progression opportunities.

• Experience working towards sales targets is a bonus.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you've worked in another customer focused sales environment, we're likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
