Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Associate

Ideally, you already have retail sales experience, but if you've worked in another customer-focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

You’re quick and efficient at your work, and we will provide you with product knowledge and skills training to help you impress every customer. You will learn how to demonstrate and explain our products, as well as the practical aspects of our fitting services.

We invest heavily in training to help our colleagues develop their careers. Whether you want to grow within retail or explore other opportunities in our group, we support your ambitions and career progression.

Key Requirements:

• Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail sales
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets (preferred but not essential)
