Job Description

Minimum Requirements: 1 year targeted Complaints/Resolution/Retention experience within the last 3 years.

Location: Remote, Mainland UK only

Salary and Bonus: £23,000 plus an average bonus potential of £7,800 per annum. Uncapped bonus.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Start date: 30th September 2024

About the Role

Right now, we're recruiting Inbound Customer Retentions Advisors for a role offering great work-life balance, working from home, and an engaging onboarding experience. As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Retentions team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers renewing or cancelling their plans. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs to retain their protection plans.
  • Sharing features and benefits of protection products to help customers choose the right options.
  • Using sales and customer service skills to suggest additional products for peace of mind.

What to Expect
  • A 4-week training program (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30).
  • 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Saturday, on rotational shifts between 8am-8pm.
