Job summary

The RAC is recruiting a Renewals & Retention Advisor in Bristol to guide members through renewal decisions with empathy and clarity. You’ll handle inbound enquiries, assess needs, explain options, and help members stay covered on the road.

This is a consultative, conversation-led role, not a hard sell, with structured training and strong earning potential in a friendly, supportive team. Based in Bradley Stoke, you’ll enjoy flexible shifts, a competitive base salary, and a monthly bonus scheme

About The Role

Join the RAC as a Renewals & Retention Advisor and help members stay covered with confidence.

• Competitive base salary of £27,805.99 with on-target earnings up to £35,000
• Full-time, permanent role based in Bristol (Bradley Stoke)
• Flexible shifts between 08:00–19:00 Monday–Friday and 09:00–17:00 Saturday – no Sundays

In Renewals & Retention, you’ll speak to members who already know the RAC. Your role is to understand their situation, explain their options clearly, and help them make the right choice to stay protected on the road.

You’ll be based in our Bristol office, working as part of a supportive, high-energy team. It’s a fast-paced environment, but one where people genuinely support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate success together.
