Job summary

Montu UK is seeking a CRM/Email Marketing Specialist to build, schedule, and QA email and SMS campaigns across clinic and pharmacy. You will drive personalised messaging to support patient outcomes and revenue goals while collaborating with the marketing team to refresh content and maintain on-brand communications.

The role requires 1–2 years of CRM or email marketing experience, hands-on Braze exposure, and strong copywriting and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or customer engagement platform (Braze is advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and careful approach to checking work before going live.
• Good eye for strong copy and clear messaging in email and SMS.
• Comfortable reading campaign performance and spotting what's working.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle regular sends and ad hoc requests.
• Strong eye for great email design, capable of building/editing templates to high visual standards.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.

• Assist with suppression and exclusion logic across initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues with Patient Support, Governance and Engineering.
• Support the CRM team on wider strategic and testing initiatives.

What's the job?

• Build, schedule and QA email and SMS campaigns across clinic and pharmacy, from newsletters and service updates to other recurring patient journey sends.
• Drive impact through timely, personalised messaging to support positive patient outcomes and revenue goals.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to refresh content for recurring BAU campaigns, keeping messaging engaging and on brand.
• Make copy and content updates across existing Braze canvases, campaigns and other key aspects of the patient journeys.
• Work with our creative team to bring new designs into existing and new templates, keeping branding and formatting consistent throughout.
• Lead on a range of A/B tests, helping with setup and tracking results.
• Assist with managing suppression and exclusion logic across a range of initiatives.
• Assist on basic troubleshooting and investigation when issues arise, working with Patient Support, Governance and Engineering to resolve them.
• Support the CRM team on wider strategic and testing initiatives, getting hands-on with new projects as they develop.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or customer engagement platform (Braze is advantageous).

• A good eye for strong copy, with an understanding of what makes messaging clear and effective in an email and SMS context.

• A strong eye for great email design, confident building and editing templates, with a solid standard for visual quality.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
