We’re looking for a talented CRM Administrator to join our team.

The Role:

We seek an experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to own our HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring seamless automation, data management, and campaign execution across multiple instances. The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot expert with a keen eye for data accuracy, process efficiency, and CRM optimization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize multiple HubSpot instances, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation, and data alignment strategies.
  • Handle data processing, administration, and record-keeping, ensuring data integrity across platforms.
  • Identify and resolve fragmented data issues, unifying records and improving reporting accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports, providing insights to improve CRM performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (applications without this experience will not be considered).
  • Experience managing multiple HubSpot instances—setup, automation, and optimization. HubSpot experience is essential.
  • Confident in using PowerBI and DAX.
  • High-level spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong background in data processing, CRM administration, and record refinement.
  • Experience handling fragmented data and implementing alignment strategies. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
