ETL Systems Ltd in Herefordshire is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to be the friendly first contact for customers. You will help with quotes, order progress, and general inquiries, working closely with Sales Managers to produce accurate quotes and timely orders.

This hybrid, office-based role requires MS Office and Excel proficiency, good organization, and the ability to liaise with sales, marketing, operations and production teams to maintain high service standards.

Role Overview

As a Customer Relations Executive, your primary role is to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. You'll help with questions about quotes, order progress, or anything else they need. You'll also work closely with Sales Managers to create quotes, proposals, and orders accurately and on time. Your role will involve preparing customer quotes and making sure they reflect the high-quality brand we represent. You'll also collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and production teams.

The Ideal Candidate

This job is excellent for someone who wants an office-based role with flexibility.

• You should know how to use Microsoft Office and Excel to an entry level with a desire to advance ( basic navigation, data entry, formatting, simple formulas, cell referencing, sorting/filtering, creating basic charts, and saving/printing workbooks)
• You need to be organised and able to prioritise your work. Our sales admin team works closely to ensure customer requests are dealt with quickly, and you will be a big part of this flexible team.

Desirables

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
