Job summary

TT Electronics PLC in Fairford, Gloucestershire, UK is seeking a Customer Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of key accounts and act as the link between customers and Sales, Engineering and Operations. You will own business reviews, forecast revenue, manage contracts and seek opportunities, while ensuring commitments are delivered on time.

This role requires commercial acumen, customer focus and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience.
• The ability to read and analyse periodicals, business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.
• The ability to read a P&L, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• The ability to solve practical problems.
• The ability to use MS Office software, including building spreadsheets, databases, gantt charts, slide presentations, and business systems software (CRM, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Leading customer interactions, including regular meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Ensuring all customer commitments are met or exceeded.
• Seeking out new business opportunities.
• Managing and resolving issues and escalations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, including revenue, order intake and backlog.
• Overseeing contract execution to minimise risk and ensure compliance.
• Securing timely payment collection and managing pricing deviations.
• Maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
• Utilising standards tools and processes to regularly report to TT Electronics' leadership team on account status, opportunities, problems and outlook.
