This position is part of our international Customer Operations team. You will support GoCardless customers with inquiries, advising on product use and providing excellent customer service, which is central to our team.
The role involves customer and stakeholder management, query resolution, and offers a great career path in Customer Operations within the fast-paced fintech environment.

Working hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
As part of our 24/7 operation, some work on bank holidays may be required. Your training week will be office-based, 10:00am - 6:00pm, before transitioning to your regular schedule in week 2.
Our salary ranges are based on role, level, location, and market data. We aim to pay between the minimum and mid-range, considering experience, interview performance, and internal parity.
