Svitzer is seeking a Customer Operations Planner to join the Middlesbrough-based Operations Planning Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover Military Mobilisation. You will manage bookings and coordinate towage operations, ensuring timely information flow to relevant staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will be key in establishing and maintaining good client relations and managing both internal and external stakeholders.This role will be part of the Operations Planning Team, which is based in our Middlesbrough office, which covers all our UK towage operations. You will work to an agreed rota system to ensure we provide a 24-hour coverage for operations (This will include day and night shifts).
