Customer Team Leader
Location: 32 Upper Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5NA
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm, and weekends, to be discussed at interview. The role will also include working in our in-store bakery.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.
