The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead impactful onboarding journeys and help scale our Customer Success team. This role involves ensuring new customers launch faster, adopt better, and see value from day one, guiding them from contract signing to their first wins.

You will also help develop a more automated, digital Customer Success model by creating content, tools, and journeys to support growth. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and CS teams, you will ensure onboarding aligns with customer goals, fostering early adoption and mutual success.

What You'll Do
  1. Own the onboarding journey: Manage the full experience from post-sale to successful launch, designing tailored onboarding plans.
  2. Be the customer’s main point of contact: Coordinate internal teams and train new users to maximize platform value.
  3. Build for scale and digital success: Develop templates, self-serve content, and automated touchpoints; shape playbooks and processes for growth.
  4. Continuously improve the journey: Identify friction points and implement improvements based on learnings.
  5. Track progress and outcomes: Monitor KPIs, update client records, and report on onboarding success.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Onboarding, or Project Management within SaaS, eCommerce, or MarTech.
  • Experience leading onboarding projects for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; organized, proactive, customer-obsessed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
  • Comfort working with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, Support teams.
  • Startup mindset: eager to build, iterate, and improve daily.
