Job summary

Dunelm Lowestoft is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to join our store team. This role covers about 16 hours per week with pay of £8.00 per hour for 16–17 year olds and £12.71 per hour for 18+, with a focus on friendly customer service and getting items to customers.

You’ll be friendly, proactive and ready to go the extra mile to ensure every customer leaves with what they came for and a positive impression of Dunelm.

Responsibilities

• Tills – provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience and pack fragile items with care.
• Shop floor – assist customers, help them find products and offer knowledgeable guidance.
• Hosting – support home delivery orders when items are not on shelves and assist with store displays.
• Stock & Delivery – restock shelves, check deliveries, and keep displays attractive and easy to shop.
