The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Logistics Administrator to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. You will manage multi-channel order entry for domestic and export markets, process new account openings, update customer order forms, and ensure accurate pricing within our systems. Providing high levels of customer service through written and verbal communication, you will meet deadlines and solve problems efficiently. You will coordinate with internal and external teams regarding inventory management, dispatch, and delivery. Daily review of all orders in process and cross-functional support to other team members are also key responsibilities.
What You Will Do:
- Manage multi-channel order entry for domestic and export B2B orders, ensuring timely processing from start to finish. Handle new account openings, update customer order forms, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Provide high-level support through effective written and verbal communication. Build strong relationships with customers and internal/external teams, addressing needs and resolving issues proactively. Serve as the first point of contact for new business inquiries across various channels.
- Assist with new account setups and maintain accurate pricing and customer profiles. Efficiently process returns, credits, and debits while supporting National Account Managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, merchandising, and planning, for seamless order processing, inventory management, and delivery. Review daily orders and support customer logistics team members.
- Monitor daily reports on stock availability and order status. Stay informed on product updates and company goals, ensuring adherence to business practices and ESG objectives. Communicate regularly with couriers and carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum GCSE and A-level education.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience and familiarity with B2B sales.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential; proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
- Strong internal and external communication skills with excellent English language proficiency.
