Fortem in Bristol is seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our operations team. This permanent on-site role supports social housing refurbishment contracts with emphasis on resident engagement, clear communications, and smooth access coordination.
You will be the main contact for residents, addressing enquiries with empathy and professionalism, while maintaining records and cooperating with site teams to keep works on schedule.
Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to become a pivotal part of our operations team. This is a permanent role with travel across Bristol. The core working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
Fortem are partnering with Bristol City Council delivering Capital Works and Retrofit social housing refurbishment contracts.
