Fortem Cares are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to be a pivotal part of our operations team in Bristol. This permanent role involves travel across Bristol and onsite work five days a week from 8am to 4:30pm.
You will lead resident engagement, deliver clear communications about works, and coordinate access to ensure projects run smoothly. The role requires empathy, resilience, and strong Microsoft Office skills within a social housing context.
