Job summary

Caledonian Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer on behalf of a client in the gas utilities sector in the UK. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with operations teams.

You will visit customer homes to explain upcoming works, and plan follow-up visits, while maintaining strong communication and organisation. The ideal candidate will have customer-focused experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and hold a full UK

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and organised.
• Full UK driver licence; will drive to sites in west London.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular planned meetings
• Attend customer homes to advise them on the works that are due to commence
• Identify customers that may require further assistance whilst work is ongoing
• Work closely with the operational teams & site manager
• Effectively plan for door knocking at the start of the project, with follow up visits once completed

We are looking for someone with brilliant customer service as this is a highly customer focused role. You will be expected to carry out the following;

• Attend regular planned meetings
• Attend customer homes to advise them on the works that are due to commence
• Identify customers that may require further assistance whilst work is ongoing
