Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Customer Intelligence Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of customer analytics, transforming complex data into meaningful stories, actionable recommendations, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and business stakeholders to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
