Job description

Purpose of Position

As a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive, you will support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director in delivering insights and strategies to our top clients and challenging situations.

Key Tasks
  1. Data provisioning – transforming and formatting data into a usable format for analysis.
  2. Review datasets to ensure cleanliness.
  3. Analysis – extracting key datapoints from large datasets to assist Strategic Insight Leads in identifying important information for presentations or further analysis.
  4. Maintain and update dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI).
  5. Assess inbound on-demand requests for suitability.
  6. Assist with presentation creation, data integration, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with Client Services to review and document outcomes from strategic recommendations.
  8. Translate complex data into clear stories to drive insights and strategic decisions.
  9. Support Client Director with training content creation and distribution.
  10. Monitor workflow requests to ensure they are current and on track.
  11. Participate in client meetings (in person/online).
  12. Communicate data requests to internal teams or clients.
  13. Coordinate meetings, advocating prioritization when necessary.
  14. Stay updated on digital trends and technologies.
Skills & Expertise
  • Over 1 year of professional online marketing experience.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Competent in Excel with basic formulas.
  • Experienced with Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solutions-oriented with attention to detail and initiative.
  • Motivated by learning and understanding the 'why'.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing channels.
