Purpose of Position
As a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive, you will support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director in delivering insights and strategies to our top clients and challenging situations.
Key Tasks
- Data provisioning – transforming and formatting data into a usable format for analysis.
- Review datasets to ensure cleanliness.
- Analysis – extracting key datapoints from large datasets to assist Strategic Insight Leads in identifying important information for presentations or further analysis.
- Maintain and update dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI).
- Assess inbound on-demand requests for suitability.
- Assist with presentation creation, data integration, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Client Services to review and document outcomes from strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear stories to drive insights and strategic decisions.
- Support Client Director with training content creation and distribution.
- Monitor workflow requests to ensure they are current and on track.
- Participate in client meetings (in person/online).
- Communicate data requests to internal teams or clients.
- Coordinate meetings, advocating prioritization when necessary.
- Stay updated on digital trends and technologies.
Skills & Expertise
- Over 1 year of professional online marketing experience.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competent in Excel with basic formulas.
- Experienced with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solutions-oriented with attention to detail and initiative.
- Motivated by learning and understanding the 'why'.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing channels.
