Customer Insights & Strategy Executive (f/m/d)

As a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive, you will support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director in delivering insights and strategies to our top clients and in challenging commercial situations.

Key Tasks

• Data provisioning – transforming and formatting data for analysis
• Reviewing datasets for cleanliness
• Analysis – extracting key data points for presentations or further analysis
• Maintaining dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI)
• Assessing inbound requests for suitability
• Supporting presentation creation and data integration
• Collaborating with Client Services to review outcomes
• Translating complex data into clear stories for strategic insights
• Assisting with training content creation
• Monitoring workflow requests
• Attending client meetings (in person/online)
• Communicating data requests internally and externally
• Coordinating meetings and prioritization
• Staying updated on digital trends and technologies

Skills & Expertise

• 1+ years in online marketing
• Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Competent in Excel formulas
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in spotting trends
• Motivated to learn and understand the 'why'
• Basic knowledge of online marketing channels
