About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Analyst who will use their analytical and commercial skills to support stakeholders in understanding our HNW customers and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering business benefits and improving our customer experience, with a focus on Private Shopping.
  2. Collaborating with Data Science teams to optimize predictive models and identify automation opportunities.
  3. Training business users to access and utilize customer dashboards within Private Shopping.
  4. Supporting insights projects for key stakeholders.
  5. Using data visualization tools to communicate insights clearly.
  6. Analyzing large datasets to find patterns in customer behavior.
About You

The ideal candidate will have experience with customer data (Transactional, CRM, clientelling) and practical SQL skills. Strong analytical skills, experience with large data volumes, and commercial awareness are essential.

Additional skills include:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Good time management and adaptability.
