Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Analyst who will use their analytical and commercial skills to support stakeholders in understanding our HNW customers and identifying opportunities.

About Role

As the Customer Insights Analyst, you will be delivering business benefits and improving our customer experience, with a particular focus on Private Shopping. This area of the business has been on a transformation journey, including the growth of a high-performing team, a larger and extraordinary new space, and best-in-class technology for clientelling.

You will also:

  1. Work with Data Science teams to optimise existing predictive models to identify HNW clients and explore automation opportunities.
  2. Train business users to ensure they can access and leverage key self-serve customer dashboards within Private Shopping areas.
  3. Support the Senior Insights Manager in scoping and running exploratory insights projects for key stakeholders.
  4. Utilise data visualisation tools to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct analysis on large datasets to identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour, preferences, and needs within the Private Shopping portfolio.
About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working with customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM, clientelling, etc.) and practical experience with SQL. Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data volumes are essential, along with sound commercial awareness.

You will also have:

  1. Experience with data visualisation tools (Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  2. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually
  3. The ability to extract key insights from large datasets and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills
  5. Excellent time-management skills, adaptability, and readiness to handle changing priorities
