Job summary

White Stuff in Watford is seeking a Customer Host to deliver exceptional service and help drive sales across our fashion ranges. The role involves engaging customers, signing them up to newsletters, and supporting multichannel shopping through the mPOS system.

You will work a 12-hour contract with weekend availability, ensuring stock, events, and promotions run smoothly, while maintaining visual standards and delivering a great in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 12 hours contract with weekend availability may be required.
• Experience delivering great customer experience in fashion/retail.
• Understanding of in-store promotions and multichannel shopping.

Responsibilities

• Meet ACE pillars across the Customer Journey.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mPOS system.
• Engage customers, sign up to newsletters, and process e-receipts.
• Assist in events and drive in-store promotions.
• Maintain visual standards and support stock replenishment.
• Process deliveries, stock takes, and ship from store / Click + Collect.
• Support Health & Safety procedures and team briefs.
• Be a team player and liaise with head office and customers.
• Understand ethical sourcing and environmental impact.
