• Collaborate with customers, onsite and remotely, across medical, commercial and scientific markets to understand their systems, processes, and technical requirements.
• Learn from the market team and application specialists to develop expertise in system integration, and translate customer requirements into actionable insights for internal product development and R&D teams.
• Assist in the design, testing, and validation of new products and features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and support materials.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to customers.
• Liaise with teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
