Job summary

Tesco is seeking enthusiastic colleagues to join our stores across the United Kingdom. You will deliver friendly, helpful service, get to know customers, and support a busy shop floor with flexibility and a positive, team-based approach.

Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Roles from 12 hours are also available, and you will work within published availability windows with notice for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
