Job summary

Tesco is seeking a part-time Colleague in Fleet (GU52 6AB) to join our store team. You will help deliver outstanding customer service, assist with shelf replenishment, checkout service, and online order picking, while supporting daily store operations.

Roles offer flexibility with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and competitive hourly pay. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with additional payments possible in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.

• Provide flexible support across the store including shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance.
