Tesco is hiring for a Store Colleague role. The position offers hourly pay starting at £13.28, rising to £14.55 in inner-M25 stores, with at least 16 guaranteed hours per week and options for fewer hours (down to 12) if desired. Responsibilities

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
• Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting into practice training to work safely, effectively and service customers brilliantly.
• Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines in store.
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
• Understanding store performance and the part you play to drive service and sales, reduce waste and deliver profit.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
• Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies.
• At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
