Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Store Colleague to join our team in the UK. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service, assist across store duties, and engage with customers to support sales and the overall store performance.

Hourly pay starts at £13.28, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week. Flexible shifts and 18+ eligibility are involved, plus extensive colleague benefits.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and offering help when needed.
• Support across store duties including shelf replenishment and checkout service.
• Assist with online order picking, occasional delivery help, and general replenishment.
• Help ensure great service, strong sales, and good store performance.
