Job summary

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with strong communication skills, able to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team. A valid SIA licence is desirable; checkable UK history is required.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe
• All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while keeping people safe.
• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert and ready to step in when needed.
• Use store technology and body-worn cameras to support store operations and incident management.
• Respond to incidents and protect store assets.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and a positive environment.
