Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom invites applications for flexible store roles. Availability windows set shifts from Sunday to Saturday, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options starting at 12 hours. Colleagues are encouraged to apply if your availability matches our needs.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 inside the M25, with additional payments possible in some locations. You will help customers, stock shelves, and support checkout and delivery tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.

• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
