Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring colleagues to join our stores with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, and some roles from 12 hours. You’ll provide friendly service, help customers, and support store operations across various tasks. The role is based in-store, with pay starting at £13.28 per hour and rising to £14.55 in M25 areas.

• Must be over 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know your customers.
• Be confident with our products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
