Job summary

Jobtailor in Cannock is seeking an organised administrator to deliver high-quality customer support both in person and remotely. You will act as the main contact for customers and coordinate fleet management and training for around 40 engineers, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with internal and external service providers to ensure accurate invoicing, stock control, and adherence to SLAs, adapting to system changes and evolving client needs to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Problem solving and initiative.
• Experience in working to deadlines.
• Ability to identify trends and efficiencies / best practice / optimisation opportunities would be desirable.
• Industry administration experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality, customer-focused advice and support both face-to-face and virtually.
• Provide administrative duties including fleet management and coordinating training for approximately 40 engineers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate invoicing and stock management with internal and external service providers.
• Interface between operatives, customers and the wider business; support Operations and meet SLAs.
• Adapt to system and client requirements to maintain continuity of service delivery.
