Job summary

Redcar and Cleveland College is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join the catering team in Redcar, TS10 1EZ. The position is permanent and term time only (32 weeks) with 20 contractual hours and a salary of £24,519 FTE (pro rata £9,557.04).

The successful candidate will serve customers, handle cash, clean and assist with food preparation, while adhering to strict food safety and health and safety legislation.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be customer focused with strong communication skills and have an excellent eye for detail.
• Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
