Tesco is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Colleague for a Winchester area store. You will greet customers, know our products, and help across the store with shelf replenishment, checkout duties, and online order picking.

This role suits someone who enjoys teamwork and delivering great service with a positive attitude. You will be part of a team that values flexibility, accurate service, and contributing to store performance while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for our customers

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
