Job summary

Tesco in the United Kingdom is looking for store colleagues to join our teams. You’ll provide friendly service, learn about products, and support on the shop floor, at the checkout, and with online order picking.

Shifts are available evenings and weekends, with a minimum 16 hours per week. You must be over 18 to apply and will receive a range of benefits, including staff discounts, wellbeing support, and a pension plan.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
