Job summary

Tesco is seeking a store colleague to be at the heart of customer service in our busy retail environment. You will engage with shoppers, assist with product information, and support a variety of tasks across the store to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
