Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced retail or customer service role.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering great natural service.
• Build product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Work across store areas including service, picking and replenishment as needed.
• Follow training to work safely and deliver great service.
• Contribute to store targets by helping drive service and sales while reducing waste and shrink.
• Support with deliveries to the store when required.
