Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.

• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the Post Office counter, including handling mail and parcels.
• Process bill payments, banking services, and identity checks.
• Provide knowledgeable support on Post Office products and services.
• Maintain stock presentation and keep retail areas tidy.
• Assist with cash handling, lifts, and safe counts.
• Deliver outstanding service with a smile.
• Work closely with a friendly team to keep things running smoothly.
