Bridewell Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Security Operations professional to lead and evolve security operations capabilities across customer engagements. You will manage technical relationships between customers and our managed security services, owning queries, escalations, projects and improvements with a deeply technical yet people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Cyber Security, with SOC experience
• Strong customer and stakeholder management
• Experience with Microsoft Security stack
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing requirements

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve critical customer security problems, including incidents and project blockers
• Support complex threat hunts tailored to intelligence-led threats
• Quality assure all items related to the customer service provided
• Provide oversight of major incidents and RCAs
• Drive automation to reduce incident dwell time and manual analyst activities
• Design and drive content development strategies and internal projects to improve the service
• Oversee all onboarding technical documentation for customers
