Bridewell is seeking an experienced Security Operations professional to lead and evolve Security Operations capabilities for customers in a hybrid London position. The role requires strong knowledge of the Microsoft Security stack and collaboration with customers and suppliers to drive service value.

With 4+ years in Cyber Security including SOC experience, you will own technical queries, escalations and projects, while integrating across Bridewell's MSS functions to deliver high-quality

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Cyber Security, including SOC experience.
• Proven ability to manage customer and supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft security stack.

Responsabilidades

• Fully manage the technical relationship between the customer and Bridewell's MSS.
• Own technical queries, escalations, projects and improvements.
• Collaborate with other Bridewell MSS functions for cross-team alignment.
• Provide ongoing service improvements and thought leadership.
