Job summary

We Seal is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide hands-on mechanical engineering support to bakery sites across the UK and worldwide. You will install and maintain machinery, respond to breakdowns, and build strong customer relationships, travelling regularly to sites in the UK and abroad.

The role reports to the Engineering Team Leader, offers a 42.5 hour work week with paid overtime, and a salary of £41,000 per annum plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanical Engineer with UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel regularly across the UK and overseas.
• Practical, customer-focused engineer with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and commission bag sealing machines at customer sites in the UK and internationally.
• Respond to machine breakdowns quickly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Complete documentation and service reports accurately.
