Location: Sheffield

Salary: £25,163 - £26,681 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm. Weekends on rota basis.

Key responsibilities:

1. Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
2. Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
3. Planning and running events for students

What we’re looking for:

1. A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
2. An excellent communicator, comfortable chatting with students and answering questions
3. Great time management and organizational skills
