Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Team Member in Holsworthy. You will be at the heart of our store, helping customers find products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment.

Hours: 15 per week (Wed, Thu, Sat) with the team to deliver great service and hit store KPIs. The role requires strong customer service passion, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Member. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 15 Hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.

• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Promoting current offers and recommending suitable products
• Supporting the delivery of sales targets and store KPIs
• Handling customer queries and taking ownership of follow-up
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge across all departments
• Promoting our membership scheme and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock awareness
• Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices

About You

• A genuine interest in customer service and retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
• You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
