• Experience managing external suppliers and logistics partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead UK supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and demand planning.
• Oversee supplier and 3PL relationships and imports from international partners.
• Drive supply chain transformation, process improvements and KPI performance.
• Lead Customer Service and Scheduling teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Own end-to-end customer journey and service excellence.
• Set budgets and monitor costs against KPIs.
• Coach and develop a high-performing teams.
