Central England Co-operative is seeking enthusiastic people to join our multi-skilled store team. You don’t need prior experience; pride in appearance and a willingness to learn are key. You’ll enjoy talking and listening to customers and play a part in our community spirit.

You’ll cover varied tasks in a fast-paced environment, including checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping, and in-store bakery support, with opportunities to progress in a cooperative setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; pride in appearance and willingness to learn.
• Warm and friendly character; enjoy talking and listening to customers.
• Able to work across a multi-skilled store team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checkouts and shop floor duties.
• Support housekeeping, date code checking and temperature checks.
• Handle administration tasks and contribute to in-store bakery operations.
