Successful candidates will show a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and experience in similar roles, with proficiency in Office 365. You will handle calls, process administration, and ensure accurate records and compassionate support.

• Previous experience within a Customer Services role.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls in line with planned schedules.
• Use a positive, kind and empathetic tone with customers.
• Follow role-specific procedures to ensure good outcomes.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Update customer accounts and records after conversations.
• Identify and log customer complaints and vulnerabilities for support.
• Escalate where support cannot be provided to the relevant team.
