You will translate company goals into practical learning solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement across onboarding, systems and customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in training delivery or learning design.
• Ability to create engaging training content using varied modalities.
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes for onboarding, systems and customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform training needs analysis.
• Improve learning solutions using proven methodologies and new technologies.
• Develop training content from performance data across modules, presentations and assessments.
• Translate customer insights and audit findings into learning opportunities.
• Evaluate training impact through assessments and metrics.
• Identify learning gaps and support continuous improvement in design and delivery.
• Ensure training aligns with company values and regulatory requirements (Ofwat, GDPR, PSR).
• Collaborate with QA and CI teams to embed process changes.
• Present training outcomes to stakeholders.
