Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is assisting a blue-chip financial services client near Slough in recruiting a Customer Services Executive. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service through the lifecycle of customer agreements.

You will liaise via telephone, letter and e-mail to handle queries, process transfers and refunds, and keep customer records up to date. The ideal candidate is well organised, a team player, self-motivated and detail‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service to external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Financial services experience is a distinct advantage.
• Well organised, a team player, self motivated with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external customers by telephone, letter and e-mail in response to queries.
• Respond to all customer queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process transfer requests, financial amendments and refund requests on customer contracts within appropriate time-scales.
• Ensure Customer Records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Pro-actively support other team members in the delivery of outstanding Customer Service, e.g. taking calls and sharing workloads during peak periods.
