Job summary

Weis Markets is hiring a Customer Experience Associate at our Lancaster location. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and help resolve concerns in a polite, professional manner.

Responsibilities include operating the front end, bagging merchandise, ensuring accurate transactions, and following tobacco/alcohol sale guidelines. You'll maintain store cleanliness and safety, support coworkers, and may assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions to resolve concerns promptly.
• Operate front end scanning equipment and cash register.
• Ensure accurate transactions and proper cash handling.
• Follow procedures for sale of tobacco and alcohol where applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the department.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
